Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Emelia London. However, if this is not the case, we will refund an item you are unhappy with, within in 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in a re-saleable condition. 

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a fault with your item. Please see our jewellery care guide for how to properly look after your items. 

Please note that any item returned to us, may take 10 working days to be refunded back to you. If there is any fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. 

when returning items please ensure the item you wish to return, is unused and in the same condition it arrived to you. It must also be in all original packaging provided. Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected, and the customer will be notified via email.

1. Re-package item in sealed bag with all original packaging. 

2. Please attach label and address to us (Emelia London, Church Farm, Croft, PE24 4SL)

3. Return item via post office royal mail, make sure to obtain proof of postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item. Any item that does not reach us, is the responsibility of the customer.  

4. Keep your postage certificate safe, we will need this as your proof of returns. 

5. once your return is received and inspected, a full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued to the original payment method. It will take up to 10 working days to reach your account.
